Section I
Introduction
From the Magisterial Son:
Without going into anything human mortal mind will fail to understand, I have been given the go ahead by the direction and will of the Father to convey to you all once again that I should relatively soon be making my appearance on the sphere of Urantia, keeping in mind the relativity of time from a Paradise standpoint.
Please keep your discernment sharp and your hearts receptive. Without a doubt you will be given the proper understanding in regards to this undertaking, you will be fully informed and lead in every aspect if you are given the understanding from your Adjuster regarding these matters. The staff that Serena and I have chosen will be brought to a fuller understanding as your Adjusters will surly clarify this to your intellect and make known to you what your assignments and undertaking will be in regards to my incarnation.
I am eager in anticipation to make my appearance as I feel the urging of many of Urantia to be ushered into Light and Life in accordance with the changes that have and will take place shortly. I wish to state to all of you that it is my privilege to be a part of this extraordinary time on your sphere.
For any one that has questions you will be lead to the proper information and understanding regarding everything at the proper time. I look forward to seeing you all soon as I go about the business of the Father in service with you my fellow brother and sisters. Some questions that one’s may and will have will be brought forth below.

Reasons and Goals for This Mission
From the Magisterial Son:
Question: What will The Magisterial Son’s role be, and how will if effect Urantia?
There are several primary reasons for the Magisterial Son’s Mission to be undertaken on Urantia. We are to preside over the awakening of the sleeping survivors, sit in judgment on the realm, bring to an end a dispensation of suspended justice, execute the mandates of an age of probationary mercy, reassign the space creatures of planetary ministry to the tasks of the new dispensation, and return the space creatures to the headquarters of their local universe upon the completion of their mission.
In all their work for and on the inhabited worlds, the Magisterial Sons are assisted by two orders of local universe creatures, the Melchizedeks and the Archangels, while on incarnated missions they are also accompanied by the Brilliant Evening Stars (which have been announced already for this mission), Gavalia and Galantia. In every planetary effort the secondary Paradise Sons, the Avonals, are supported by the full power and authority of a primary Paradise Son, the Creator Son of their local universe of service. In a recent transmission Michael spoke of the Magisterial Sons mission:
“I will be with the Magisterial Son in every way and regard”
To all intents and purposes the Magisterial Son’s work on the inhabited spheres is just as effective and acceptable as would have been the service of a Creator Son upon such worlds of mortal habitation. It is true: Those who have seen a Magisterial Son, that they have seen the Eternal Son of Paradise.
Two senior archangels are always assigned as the personal aids of a Paradise Avonal on all planetary missions, whether involving judicial actions, magisterial missions, or on bestowals, or incarnations. When this Paradise Son has finished the judgment of a realm and the dead are called to record (the so-called resurrection), it is literally true that the seraphic guardians of the slumbering personalities respond to "the voice of the archangel." The roll call of a dispensation termination is promulgated by an attendant archangel. This is the archangel of the resurrection, sometimes referred to as the "Archangel of Michael."

Serena:
The Archangel circuit that is on Urantia is being utilized and has been connected in a special way for the Magisterial Son’s incarnation. The archangels will call to all just as your prophet of old spoke:
“With a shout of command, with the archangel's call, and with the sound of God's trumpet, the Lord himself will come down from heaven, and the dead who belong to the Christ will rise first”.
You will slowly start to see what is transpiring about you, as spirit will make “known” things that mortal minds will comprehend and understand. Below is a previous transmission that I wish to bring in regards to the Avonal Son’s dispensational roll call.
[Quoting From a Monjoronson transmission dated September 03, 2010]
Monjoronson:
“We are here for you—the living—but we are here too for the living in spirit. Sleeping survivors will sleep until the end of this [the 4th epochal] dispensation, and then we will engage them. My realm and my retinue and my presence on your world is for the full spiritual spectrum, those spirits who are living in the material bodies as you are, and those others who remain here. It is essential to the welfare and well-being of this world that it be fully cleansed of ignorance, and those who are earthbound [morontia] spirits– most of whom are in ignorance about their existence– and we will have a rapid educational program for them when I am here fully, and in body. So then, it is a co-creative effort between you mortals of spirit and us, unseen spiritual beings of light, to engage these beings and educate them as best we can, so they can make conscious decisions to move on.”
Serena:
It was brought to light certain aspects that needed to be addressed and some clarification of this undertaking. I will bring this forth now so as to show that there are beings and aspects of the Magisterial Son’s presence that will go well beyond mortal capacity for understanding. These will be clarified in time and will be addressed when “appropriate”. This not only includes the sleeping survivors that awaken but for celestial and spiritual beings to be released and extended love and mercy as well. Below are some aspects of this undertaking, some of which have previously been revealed.
The Magisterial Mission Is For All Beings revealed and unrevealed on Urantia.

On the surface this announcement in September appears to be obvious to mortals reading it as to whom it will affect. But remember what is obvious to the reader is limited to what he knows about life forms on Urantia. The Magisterial Son has removed some of those restrictions concerning other life forms on Urantia to receive the benefit of adjudication. These forms include:
1) Midwayers that are to be released from service.
2) EBMH - Earth Bound Morontia Humans (sometimes referred to incorrectly as EBS) who remain even after the Lucifer rebellion adjudication and who live in fear and confusion. These are former mortals who have not learned that there exist spiritual allowances for them to move on to their ascension careers and insist on remaining on Urantia.
3) SRG - Spiritized Racial Groups who have been allowed to remain on Urantia even after their group died out centuries ago and to begin their ascension careers here. Some of these groups have recently fused with their Adjusters on Urantia and have been adjudicated on the mansion worlds and returned. There are several of these groups, one of which called the Briltandorans has only recently been revealed. In a Population Census broadcast in 2005, we assume it is among the Briltandorans who have fused under the category “Fused Mortals on Urantia”.
4) Remaining vestiges of celestial rebellion and energies remaining from Caligastia and the Lucifer rebellion. This is under special observation and is being dealt with on a case by case basis if anything further comes to light regarding these matters. The Ancients of Days have and will adjudicate immediately any more upheavals which could impinge upon or otherwise restrict human free will through unauthorized channels of celestial contact.
In preparation for the inauguration of the Magisterial Son the Melchizedeks have been working on many levels alongside the mortals of Urantia. Under the supervision of the Melchizedeks the ascending mortals, especially those who are tardy in their personality unification on the new morontia levels, are taken in hand by the Material Sons and are given intensive training designed to rectify such deficiencies. No ascending mortal leaves the system headquarters for the more extensive and varied socialization career of the constellation until these Material Sons certify to the achievement of mota personality — an individuality combining the completed mortal existence in experiential association with the budding morontia career, both being duly blended by the spiritual overcontrol of the Thought Adjuster.

Conclusion
The Magisterial Son:
Even if you have shoved something down to the depths of your soul, there is no where that these things can hide from the light descending from Paradise. All things will be made known. Spoke your prophet of old regarding this dispensation and the effects it will have on those resisting mercy and love.
There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people everyone whose name is found written in the book will be delivered.
For those spurning mercy and grace, they will be “blotted out” by mandates of the Ancients of Days with every opportunity given beforehand to receive mercy and be covered by grace. Send your prayers and love out to those children that are lost and misguided. Send them your love and entreat the Fathers grace and mercy for all. It is the single greatest power you all have now individually. That will be all for clarification today, and we wish you all a good day. May the light of the Paradise Father guide you all.
