It may seem to you that we have talked exhaustively about a great many topics and ideas designed to help you develop a relationship with divinity and how to expand your minds and grow weightier souls, and so we have. Most of the messages given are “timeless” and can be helpful in any age and with any culture—being human is the only prerequisite.

Today, my dear students, we would like to speak about how you may become a more “willing” partner to your Indwelling Spirit and to “allow” the Spirit to move freely through you. Deity expression is the all-creative force in the universe and it is through the child-creature of the Indwelled that the diverse expressions of deity are experienced. As you approach the higher levels of attunement with your Thought Adjusters, you have the opportunity to become a part of your own plan for this “expression”. As we have so frequently and recently admonished you to “Ask and it is given”, we say this because many of you have reached a level of spiritual maturity that allows for this active participation with your Thought Adjusters for the co-creative expression that serves the Great Plan of the Universal Father.

Many of you have never considered this and even more of you believe these things to be impossible for you to attain. Nothing, my dear friends, is impossible in life—for the whole universe shares in your success and accomplishments and therefore do all things work for the good of those who strive for greatness—the extraordinary—the “impossible”.

Chris: Teachers, a reader asks: What does it mean to be “On the Spiritual Path?” So many people speak about “Mind, Body, Spirit – Mind, Body Soul,” interchangeably—participating in Yoga, healing, and meditation groups—or joining churches—practicing religion? Being on a spiritual path sounds like a more unified concept? Could you please speak about this?

Teacher Ophelius: Simply put, the “Spirit” is the Indwelling Presence of the Universal Father—your Thought Adjuster. The Soul is the emerging morontial being that you are becoming—all the life experiences and values that your Thought Adjuster has gathered and deemed of survival value are retained in the soul like a container for all things True, Beautiful, and Good—your “true self.” It is this growing and emerging part of you that survives and lives on into the hereafter where you shall continue to “walk the spiritual path.”

The message for today is an address to those students on the path who feel like they are drifting and unable to understand their particular mission there on Urantia. Many of you have been indwelled with extraordinary Thought Adjusters—highly experienced Fragments of the Creator Father who have come to Urantia at this most auspicious and crucial time in its development—to re-align the collective consciousness of its people—to guide, enlighten, and teach universal truths—to reconnect the disconnected souls to their true selves—to awaken a sleeping planet from the illusions born out of centuries of confusion and self-serving delusions. Yes, it is an enormous task that is staggering to the imagination. Many of you have awakened and have had many extraordinary experiences—much divine attention has been given you to bring you to the table, yet as you sit there with empty plates, you ask, “Where is this food I am so hungry for?”

Dear child, much is being said about the planetary shift toward Light and Life.  What does that mean?  Such a shift is only enabled through Love in Action as Love is the original motive being All That Is. 
If you were sitting in an airplane flying at dusk, you would witness many lights being turned on—one by one--and illuminating the cities.  This is how the spreading of Light and Life appears to us from our vantage point.  One soul at a time is being activated by the conscious pursuit of higher intentions.  One soul at a time is being awakened and is joining forces with other awakened ones.  All these little lights are telling us that the Divine Presence within has been acknowledged and is being consulted and empowered.

On behalf of my colleagues, the Circle of Seven, and all the Mansonia Teachers, I would like to extend to you our sincere and heart felt gratitude for participating with us in the Great Plan to bring your world back into the fold of Father’s Will—to bring Life and Light to this most unusual planet. Each one of you, as Agondonters, plays an important role in this effort, no matter how great or how small you think that effort is—all, as a combined chorus in the grand opus of cosmic progress, adds his or her voice to the cacophony of faithful voices who knowingly holds the values of Truth, Beauty, Goodness, Compassion, Mercy, Forgiveness, and Love above the many discordant and confused voices of a world in contrast to these fruit bearing values of Light. We thank you and hope that you will continue to grow with us and shine your light with even greater brilliance into the coming year.
