Dear Friends,

Finally!  The answer to the question, "Does anyone have a formula for Peace?"

Secondary works keep evolving from the original three core values of social sustainability (quality of life, growth and equality) and also now include the three core value-emotions (empathy, compassion and "love") that emanate from equality, and which make us human — humane.

Some of you may not know what "VUCA" is about.  Follow this link to the Harvard Business Review for more information (Link).
Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous

Pragmatically, the core values of our species that seem to be innate to our DNA are what make us human, and which indicate that people are innately good.  Drawing from that, it seems reasonable to devise the following formula.   This is taken from my soon-to-be-published book:  Social Sustainability HANDBOOK for Community-Builders.  I anticipate that I will have copies of the book in hand sometime in May.

Peace  = Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous ÷  (Quality factored as the square root of Life  •  Growth  •  Equality)  X  (Empathy  •  Compassion  •  “Love”)

“Love” is measurable by the evidence of its secondary value-emotions:  Honesty, truthfulness, respect, loyalty,  faithfulness, recognition, acceptance, appreciation, validation, discretion, patience, forbearance, forgiveness, authenticity, vulnerability, genuineness, listening, supporting, sharing, consulting, confiding, caring, tenderness and many more.
